Q: How Quickly is My Order Shipped?
A: All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are shipped depending on the time the order was placed. Please visit our shipping information page for more information.
Q: Will I Get a Confirmation E-mail After My Order Has Been Placed?
A: Yes; after an order is placed a confirmation e-mail will be sent, followed by an additional e-mail when your order has been shipped.

A: Shipping is $5 flat Canada wide

A: At the present time we only ship within Canada.

A: We try our best to stay on top of new trends and fashions, therefore our customers can expect to see new collections or designs added every month.

Q: How Do I Care For My Products?
A: Generally, we recommend all of our ties, bow ties and pocket squares to be dry cleaned.
Q: Do You Carry Any Kids Ties/Bow-ties?
A: Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer kids ties/bow-ties, however we hope to in the near future.
Q: Is My Credit Card Information and E-mail Protected?
A: Protecting our customer’s personal information is of great importance to us. All credit card information is secured and protected electronically and your e-mail address is never shared with any 3rd party.
Q: Can I Cancel or Change The Quantities of My Order After My Order Has Been Placed?
